Understanding the language helps you choose games and track your account

Knowing what RTP, volatility, rollover and house edge mean lets you compare games and set realistic expectations. The same goes for payment terms like e-wallet, KYC and turnover — they describe the steps you'll take when you deposit via bKash, Nagad or Rocket, withdraw to your bank, or confirm your account details. We've grouped core game mechanics, odds formats, bonus conditions and

account processes so you can look up a term the moment you see it, without leaving the page or searching elsewhere.

The six terms you'll see most often in slots and live tables

These definitions cover the numbers and mechanics you read in every game info panel — return percentages, variance levels, dealer formats and jackpot labels.

Return to Player — the percentage a slot or table game pays back over millions of rounds. A 96% RTP means the game returns ৳96 for every ৳100 wagered, on average across all players and sessions.

The mathematical advantage the platform holds in any game, expressed as a percentage. If the house edge is 2%, the game keeps ৳2 from every ৳100 bet, on average, over time.

How often a slot pays out and how big those wins are. High volatility means rare but larger payouts; low volatility delivers frequent smaller wins. Medium volatility sits between the two.

The total amount you must bet before a bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. If you receive ৳500 with 10× turnover, you need to place ৳5,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

A large prize pool in certain slots, often progressive, that grows with every bet across the network until one player hits the winning combination and claims the entire amount shown.

A real person dealing cards or spinning the roulette wheel in a studio, streamed to your screen in real time. You place bets through the interface while watching the dealer work.

Terms that describe betting formats, wallet steps and verification

These six cover the language of odds markets, payment rails and account security — the terms you see when you place a football bet, send a Nagad deposit or complete KYC.

A betting format that removes the draw by giving one team a virtual goal advantage or deficit. If you back Team A at -0.5, they must win outright for your bet to pay.

A market where you bet on whether the total goals, runs or points in a match will be above or below a set line, such as Over 2.5 goals in a BPL fixture.

The number of times you must wager a bonus amount before it becomes real cash. A ৳1,000 bonus with 8× rollover requires ৳8,000 in total bets before withdrawal is allowed.

A mobile payment app like bKash, Nagad or Rocket that holds funds and lets you send deposits or receive withdrawals instantly by entering the account number and your PIN.

Know Your Customer — the process where you upload ID and proof of address so we can verify your account and approve withdrawals. It's a one-time step required by payment providers.

Optional caps you set on deposits, losses or session time to manage your account activity. You can adjust or remove these limits through your account settings at any time.

Common questions about applying these terms to your account and game choices

These answers connect the definitions above to real account actions — how to check RTP before you play, where rollover appears in your bonus balance, and how KYC affects your first withdrawal.

Tap the info icon inside the game window. The panel shows RTP as a percentage and volatility as low, medium or high, along with paylines, max win and any feature-trigger rules.

Open your account wallet and look under Active Bonuses. We display the remaining rollover amount and how much you've wagered so far, updated after every bet you place.

Deposits themselves don't count, but every bet you place using those funds contributes to your turnover total. The payment method you choose doesn't change how rollover is calculated.

We ask for ID and address proof before your first withdrawal. You can deposit and play without KYC, but the verification step must finish before we release any winnings to your e-wallet.

Yes. Go to Account Settings, select Responsible Play, and enter daily, weekly or monthly caps for deposits, losses or session time. The limits take effect immediately and stay until you adjust them.

A 2% house edge means the game keeps ৳2 from every ৳100 wagered, on average. Individual sessions vary widely, but over hundreds of rounds the edge shapes your expected return.
